Yogurt with granola mixed in it. I can eat about 5 of them.:wah:

Me? I eat morning noon and night.

Generally on work days it's a hunk of baguette with meat when I get to work.

On non-work days it's either that or cold oats with milk.

Yeah, Yoplait is the best and they are always running a sale on them. 20 for $6.00 is the cheapest I can find.

I need a few hours to wake up first before I start feeling hungry. I'm happy with my coke and smokes until lunch usually.

I eat breakfast every day always have. In the winter its hot cereal of some kind usually Oatmeal, Cream of Wheat or Grits. Summer time cold cereal with toast and fruit. It really is the best meal of the day as far as your energy level goes. :-6:-6

I dream of food at 4am, but usually just eat a yogurt for brekkie except when we treat ourselves to a out to brekkie deal. And that is 2 eggs over easy, white toast, bacon & homefries.:-4

I love yogurt with fresh fruit whipped in a blender, awesome refreshing thick cold smoothy!
