Come-on, they're still in the UEFA Cup spot and at least Newcastle are out of the relegation zone.

Thinking on it - apart from the Spurs, only two points cover the bottom half of the table so if Fulham win their game in hand they'll jump to eighth (mind you, it is against ManU so not much chance there).

Just plough on Jimbo, it always turns around, or you could do what thousands of Irishmen and women did, migrate to Australia. :wah:

Well Dr. G, lift a fine cup to a game well fought. Victory is fleeting, and the next matchup will bring finer results.

I'll cheer you up dr galbally. British fuel prices slashed with further reductions in the pipe-line. Supermarkets in bidding wars as grocery prices are slashed with further reductions to be shortly annouced. Bank and lending interest rates falling with a futher cut inement. Gordon Brown stealthly gaining in the polls.

Brighton and Hove Albion climbing the League. Take-away outlets showing record takings. A bumber Christmas spending is predicted in High Street Stores.

RBL reporting record takings in poppy collection so far this week. I could just go on and on.

Finally, just to make you feel really good, Chancellor Darling announces he would never do what the Irish government tried to do and take away over 70's health care.

Feeling better??
