Abortion - I don't think the issue of abortion should've ever been in the Supreme Court.

I feel the right of a abortion should be a State Law - not Federal.

Some States now allow Gay marriage and some State don't, correct..?

What do you think - would abortions be better governed by a State Law ?

or should it stay Federal - dangling by who ever becomes President.?

I say let the voters decide, state by state. We need to trust the people to make decisions about society, not 9 judges appointed by politicians. Creating moral code and dictating societal mores is not the job of the Supreme Court. Their job is to examine existing law and decide on its constitutionality.

I say State to State decision.

In Ontario, you have the right to have an abortion and that is the way it should be........for so many reasons............and its a personal choice.



And we also have gay and lesbian marriages legal here.
