I came back to this thread to apologize to Nomad. I thought he was just messing with us (again) about a fried ice-cream product. But, I did a little research and discovered there is such a product. It is a treat served mostly in Hispanic communities and is hard to find in the stores.
So, Nomie.............so sorry.( I'm glad I missed you with the swatter.) Carry on with your hijinks, buddy.

Fried ice cream is good, we always get it when we go out to eat. I am going to try that ice cream!

Its hard to have a "best" ice cream but black cherry is an extremely important example of the advancement of mankind.

It's a fact, New Zealanders annually eat more ice cream per person than any other people. It is reputedly the best Ice Cream in the world. I think it's due to the high butter fat content. Hokey Pokey ice cream is a NZ thing, quite good and very popular.
