Can a moron replace shocks and struts by himself ?
Should strut mounts be replaced at the same time ?
Should springs be replaced as well ?

What you do, Nomad, is you pay $15 for the stripper's manual with all the photos in it and see what you have to do. I'd not do those steps because it's meant to be done with the car up in the air and access from underneath and I haven't got a hydraulic ramp. The chassis gets in the way if you try doing it from the sides.
Besides, as Hillaire Belloc long ago pointed out,Lord Finchley tried to mend the Electric Light
Himself. It struck him dead: And serve him right!
It is the business of the wealthy man
To give employment to the artisan.

There is a strippers manual with pictures? Um I'll take one. The rest of your post spot just seems like a euphemism for doing heavy strippers.
Nommie. Ya gotta have the right tools and then it still is a pain in the ass. Like Spot said... PAY THE MAN TO DO IT.

Ill pay "the man"
I did paint some bumper trim today.
Sure I started the house on fire and the neighbors cat is dead but it looks good.
The trim not the cat.
