Venison backstrap, sprinkeld with flour fried up extra rare with fried onions. Had it last night.

briskit and steak are my top picks....

briskit smoked for 12 + hours is wonderful.

Steak has to medium rare served with crumbled blue cheese on top, yummm!

you can do the same thing with a duck too. got to cook longer. i am going to figure out how to do a Turkey for thanksgiving. i am sure hubby can rig me up something. he's pretty good at stuff like that;)

turkey is easy, let me know if you need help.

buy frozen/already stuffed and cook frozen, cool what they have now!
