OH YEAH!
I have "Paco's Bargain Hut" living behind me. The crap is unbelievable. Been piling up for 33 years now. Poor loose dogs running around everywhere, 6 or 7 junker cars with weeds growing up under the hood, some dogs chained to the cars, trash and crap stacked up or spread out everywhere.

I used to be a junky neighbor. I'll have you know, everything on my lot might have come in handy some day.

Junkey neighbors can come in all shapes & or forms! Our next door neighbor is an everything neat as a pin freak! Always improving his property, always adding beautiful flowers, trees, manicured grass, does professional rock wall work all over his property, etc. However, in spite of his all his neatness, he has the junkiest SOB personality one could ever imagine!!
Believe me, I would rather he'd be junkey messy, rather than a junkey SOB!!! :wah:

The problem with the neighbor's junk is they can go to court and say that to them it is valuable, usable and treasured. Their attorney will say it's only being called junk because people don't understand its value. One thing they can't defend it a rat harborage or attractive nuisance. If the mess attracts rodents the health department can get involved and they usually have teeth.
Another way to deal with it is to realize that you don't have to do a lot of work for your place to look great in comparison.

Me and hubby are both pack rats. Stuff that doesn't fit in the garage kinda ends up on the back patio. Our house needs to be painted but can't afford it...but after 2 days of work (I have the bug bites to prove it!), my yard looks pretty good.
