I wonder if that drill is plugged into a GFI type circuit? I'd sure hate to fall off that ladder with a nice 110V 20 amp conductor in the water with me.

no, i would use a ladder also, with the water there...what other way could you reach what needs repair? Use a battery operated drill.

One of the horizontal supports on the ladder does not appear to be locked.
Ladder collapses, drill in water, workman electrocuted.
