It's fairly local, about a forty minute drive away. Will need to go two or three days a week. The tutors want mature students, they understand that my children come first, especially the boy with his aspergers and will help me out all they can.

Obviously I am going to be very poor for the next three years but hey ho, little ole me doing an English Degree - yikes!! I'm still in shock! :wah:

And yes Nomad, what a complete change huh. Thanks for being there :-4

Full Time, English, three years. Because its mostly reading, there are actually only around eight hours a week contact needed so it should all happen over two days with me having to physically be on campus, I will be having to read around two books a week :-3

You've come a long way from this:

Betty Boop;50080 wrote: Hello there!

I live in Cornwall, right down the far end near Lands End.

I am a housewife and mother of an 8 year old Dyspraxic boy and a 3 year old girl.

I have lived in Cornwall all my life and can't imagine ever moving away.

My three year old is about to start nursery part-time so I'm trying to decide what sort of job to return too. Have just finished a word processing course and plan on doing a basic accounting course just to keep my brain alive and ticking!
