Usually what work I did and what work I still need to dew, how I'm going to dew it, what problems I may face, and wonder if this will be another 5 hours of staring at the ceiling

Lately its been "how long is this kitten going to suck my ear lobe"...
Usually I try not to think too much when trying to finally fall asleep....it will prevent me from sleeping, realistically the last thing I think about is what I have to do the next day and try not to stress about it so I can get some rest.

By the time I actually get in the bed I'm way past thinking about anything, just hit the pillow and I'm out cold.
