Welll......I'd say that's still a woman who gave birth and not at all a man. Until it's born a man with a uterus, it's still a woman who's had an operation/hormone treatment.

I agree with you red

I remember seeing him/her on Oprah and my kids were weirded out. I mean really, do I need to explain this to my kids? They were very confused about it.
