2nd Garry killer launches appeal

GOOD MORNING FG lord grumpy here with more injustice to sort out
( I OUGHT BE BE BATMAN!!)
ANOTHER of the thugs who battered dad Garry Newlove to death has appealed against his sentence, piling fresh torment on the family.
Stephen Sorton, 17, was caged for life with a recommendation he serves 15 years for murdering the father of three.
But his lawyers have launched a shameful bid to have him freed sooner – claiming his jail term was “excessive”.
His appeal follows similar action by 19-year-old ringleader Adam Swellings, given a minimum 17 years.
The third teenager convicted, Jordan Cunliffe, 16, is also expected to seek a reduction in his 12-year sentence.
All kicked family man Garry, 47, “like a football” when he confronted them for damaging his wife’s car.
Daughters Zoe, 18, Danielle, 16, and Amy, 13, were traumatised after seeing the attack outside their home in Warrington, Cheshire.
But last night a Sorton family pal said: “He’s not sorry – he just wants to get out as soon as possible.”
Salesman Garry’s widow Helen, 46, said: “I’m disgusted. Sorton kicked my husband to death and has never shown a hint of remorse.
“A jury found him guilty and a judge sentenced him on the basis of the evidence. It’s a disgrace he can use the legal system to cast doubt over the court decision.
“We’ve no right to appeal over Garry’s death. Why should they be any different?”
Sorton’s appeal emerged days after brave Helen was invited by Tory leader David Cameron to help draw up plans to make our court system more “victim friendly”.
She joined our Broken Britain campaign after Garry’s death and has become an outspoken voice on youth crime and justice.
Sorton’s single mum Margaret refused to comment yesterday.
AAG SAYS
hopefully the sentence of these scum will not be reduced on appeal it will be a miscarriage of justice if they do.
i dont know about shorten them they should lengthen them to 20 years each.
even if they do all of their original sentence they will still be in their early to mid thirties and relativly young men when they are released.
if justice really had teeth it would be legal to execute for serious crimes from 17 years old and 2 of the 3 would have gone where they rightly belong to the gallows however the bleeding hearts wont stand for that so we will just have to keep them at our expense.
whats wrong boys the reality of the sentence hit you?
theres a saying if you can,t do the time don,t do the crime
