No I didn't, Val! I wish I had seen that.

It took a couple years before I could listen to it all the way through. I'd have to change stations when it would come on the radio. I still well up but it's okay now.

Thank you Red. I absolutely love this song. First heard it on "Northern Exposure"

and couldn't find the name of the singer. At one of our parties my niece Michele sang the song and couldn't believe when I joined in and harmonized. She thought no one else knew the song. Then again we both love "Northern Exposure" and that's where both of us first heard the song.

Iris sang "Our Town" on the last show...

Here's a link to the show....I bought the complete 1st and 2nd series and cried when the show ended. My niece went to the set which is outside of Seattle. Though it was great. Even ate in the Brick which was their local bar.

I too loved Northern Exposure! I think it was one of the best shows ever.
