There is a new iPhone application called Pollen Journal that I use to keep track of my bad allergy days and correlate them to pollen activity. It also warns me ahead of time about upcoming pollen so I can take preventive measures.

Allergies only bother me when the trees first start to go green and that lasts about 2 weeks and then in the fall with the ragweed. Achoo!:p
