IDK - I just heard on the radio the other day, that people USE more electricity in the spring than the rest of the year during daylight savings. Yeah, duh, it's dark when we have to get up at the crack of dawn. :wah:

If your getting up in the dark for school/work you put the lights on. And as for summer, everybody cranks up the AC.

Actually, the concept was developed by Sir Sanford Fleming, a Scot who emigrated to Canada.

Unless you live in Saskatchewan.
Of course, that still doesn't explain Woolerton.

That's 'cause you spend your lives stood on your head. And the sun goes across your sky right to left instead of how God intended.

Didn't you have to oversleep by two hours to achieve that?

Gosh it's hard work sometimes.
Go outdoors, Acc. Stand facing the sun. Point an arm out in the direction it's apparently moving [1]. Which way did you point, left or right?

I hate changing the clocks it always confuses me no end whenever it hits that time of year, though that is easy to do in fairness. :p

I'm in a section of Arizona USA which does NOT change its clocks - so I'm lucky not to have to do that. Bizarre as it must seem, Arizona (although one state) has independent sovereign Native American nations which DO follow the time change. I have no idea why this discrepancy.
Take care!
