Exactly! He didn't do anything wrong and he's serving seven years. He's accused of accepting a bribe. The thing is, the "bribe" went to the lottery system where the proceeds would go towards the Alabama school system. He was trying to do something good for the state and he's in prison for doing it. He didn't benefit at all from the money. It went to the lottery program.

On the other hand, we have I. Scooter Libby who lied to a Grand Jury about divulging the identity of a CIA agent and he gets off scot-free.
