I either clean like a mad women or go shopping.

Sex. It is always advised to keep yourself well hydrated to avoid cramping.

It varies. I once pruned an apple tree so completely it took it years to recover.

I once dumped hubby's dinner in his lap - it was hot and it served him right!







Now I'm older and mellower, usually end up frantically tidying stuff or storm out of the house for a drive around and a cool off.

I clean like a woman possessed....thats after ive sulked lol:wah:

I'm a door slammer .... usually with few choice words as I make my dramatic exit.

Then a prompt return with a bit a lot of :yh_ttth

And then another dramatic exit

I usually scream and holler, resemble a kid having a temper tantrum, I've thrown dishes in the sink really hard, but don't break them, we need them too much.

I really like the sex part for releasing the stress....I'd even make up something to be mad about!!:wah::wah:

I blare out some Demon Hunter! woooo good stuff that or Evergreen Terrace, hatebreed or some sort of metal! then i run....

My face turns blue as I fume, and then I use every curse word that I can think of by linking them into a very long and creative sentence.

I looked for a funny clip from a really old corny show from the 70's/80's called Three's company, there was a scene where the blonde named Chrissy got mad at her room-mates and was going to show them how mad she was and tried to slam a door, because they slammed bedroom doors ( I think, working on an old brain here) and she slammed their swinging doors to their kitchen, which ummm you can't slam!!:wah::wah:.... I pictured you and Pheasy doing that....

i once threw a box of clothes pegs across the room, the cat, who was sitting on the table, shot up the wall, across the curtains, pulling them down as she clawed her way across them and they fell on my head.

it was like a scene from tom and gerry, by the time i'd stopped laughing, i'd forgotton what had upset me in the first place.

another time i had a battle over who was going to make a cup of tea,in the end my partner said oh for gods sake i'll do it then, i tried to snatch the 4pint carton of milk away from him, the milk squirted across the kitchen, covering everything and it took me hours to clean it up.:rolleyes:
