I got blown off that ridge once, coming from the other side. I had to turn back eventually and find another way down.

Nice pictures Ritz. You can read about 617 squadron here

http://www.thedambusters.org.uk/index.html

This squadron is still in existence today, flying Tornado GR4s. It was the first squadron in the Royal Air Force, to have a woman fast jet pilot, in a front line strike squadron.

Thank-you very much to you all:)

I have pics of the Jet Provost that my partner Greg is working on,it is his mates, they have been working on her for around 4 years now,bet you think that is a long time but not really, They only can work on her on Saturdays its all voluntary work, we have taken the pics from the day they got her to now,its coming on great, we also have a Jet Provost XS187 think I have got that right, she is in a mess at mo,we rescued her from a plain grave yard.

If you want to see pics let me know,I can put them on here or a link to my aviatin part of my forums, up to you,let me know....
