One only has to watch a Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter movie to realise that great advances have been made in so called “special effects. This being so, is it not possible that certain “covert agencies operating out of the more powerful nations, might use this technology to their own and their countries advantage?
In other words, “create an incident that has allegedly taken place in a country hostile to their own government. This horrific incident is then posted on the Internet and carried around the world.
On second thought many countries, powerful or not, might use this technology to their own advantage. Is “what you see really what you ARE seeing?
