During these serious times, people of all faiths should remember these four religious truths:
1. Muslims do not recognize Jews as God's chosen people.
2. Jews do not recognize Jesus as the Messiah.
3. Protestants do not recognize the Pope as the leader of the Christian world.
4. Baptists, Methodists and Mormons do not recognize each other at Hooters.

Perhaps that says that each of us should worry about ourselves and leave others to their own faith and respect them for their faith.

Point 1
All bad and evil that seems to come out of religions are all man creation.
Point 2
It is not important whether or not you believe in any religion.
Point 3
Personally I think what is important is that we strive to live our life according to the fundamental basic moral code (which all true religion teaches). For the peace of the world, it is a fact that we need Justice and Love.
Point 4
Justice brings about Unity (of all religion, all races, all cultures, etc). Love makes it happen in a nice way.
Point 5
We as individual can contribute to that
Point 6
There is a new religion (relatively speaking) called the Bahai Faith. It's central teaching is Unity (One world, one religion). Check it out
Point 7
I am not a Bahai nor do I belong to any religion. I do not want to preach or convert.

I agree Ted! Everyone should just respect each other and move along. I, however, like hearing the arguments... excuse me... "discussions" that each person brings to the table. From every person you can always learn something new and you can accept it or not!

1. The nation of Israel was chosen, however since #2 became true, that effectively changed everything, and now 'peoples of all nations' may be "chosen" by God.
2. Some congregations of Jews have given up on needing a Messiah all together and so have effectively changed their faith at a most fundamental level.
3. In my experience, many Catholics don't recognize the Pope as their "leader", but instead only consider him a "figurehead".
4. Do Mormons go to Hooters? :-3

I'm not really sure what you are asking for in that question. Otherwise I would be happy to answer.
