Reflected in your eyes

You hold before you many keys

To unlocking my disguise.

Beyond each shadow cast in vain

Its secrets to unfold

You hold the lighted candle forth

Vanquishing the cold.

We tread the ancient ruins of

Historical demise

As past and present start to blend

Despite the fearful cries.

There is no threat of losing faith

No fear of endings near

As hand in hand we close our eyes

And into darkness peer.

There within the darkness lies

The simple seed of love

And with it anything can be

Created as above.

Just as above so is below

A journey to be free

To foster life and watch it grow

Independently.
