Need Help with Gibberish

I'm asking for help for my friend. She is trying to get to a website that comes up as "gibberish." I don't know what else to call it. All it is is little boxes or squares and letters that spell nothing. I've gotten emails with such stuff but never a website. I don't know what causes it.

My friend was originally trying to get to the site by clicking on a link in an old email. But even typing in the url gave her gibberish.

The website looks fine to me both on IE and Firefox. My friend uses IE so we deleted her temp files and cookies, that didn't produce any results. Then I called my tech support as she has none and asked for help and he suggested

using a different browser. I had my friend install Firefox, selecting it as her default browser and the website is still gibberish!

I don't know what else to advise her to do. We uninstalled Firefox.

The url is: www.jodyholsinger.teamspace.com

I wouldn't trouble anyone with this normally but my friend needs to access this website for her job so it's important. Thank you for any help you can offer. :)

I think that was my fault the way I posted it...I've done that wrong before. I can be such a doofus with the littlest of things. The website (not this link) works for me but not for her at all.

It works for me too Red, once I jimmy your URL so it makes sense.

What browser is she using that gives her the gibberish screen?

Can she change her Character Encoding to either "Default" or "Western" and tell you what it was previously set to and whether that cleans up the display?

Adjust the content of her URL so it's valid. It ought to be this.

Spot, she's using Internet Explorer. I know she had played with the coding last night but didn't know what to leave it on so I will call this morning and ask her about that. Thank you.
