I have to wonder how she paid her bills for all the years she never left her apartment... and was someone hiking her food up to her? Do grocery stores deliver?

wow she did really well, but yes i wonder as well who fed her.And if it was other people preparing meals for her, why they didn't bring sensible meals.

And how she paid for the amount of food she would have been eating.

And how she found clothes to wear.

And stayiing indoors with no computer - I would have gone crazy.

Yes, I've heard of Grocery stores that deliver, they charge a delivery fee like resturaunts do. My Ex-Mother in law was and Agrophobic (sp?) and didn't leave her home for about 10 years before she died. She died of Strepp Throat untreated, because she wouldn't leave the house and refused to call a doctor. But she had a husband that worked 2 jobs and if he wasn't able to get her groceries, or what she wanted, she had the local grocery store send someone.



This woman losing all that weight is incredible...LOOK at the size of those pants!! WOW!!

Strange story,dont think I would like to sit on my butt all day socialising on the internet . She probably forgot to eat most of the time...not a healthy way to lose weight.

Holy moly, she lost a lot more weight than I even am, and I am not that skinny, the size of them knickers! Oh well, she is to be congratulated on her slimming success, it must be hard to lose that much weight!

Makin, who now earns a living cleaning houses, said she hopes to one day become a motivational speaker.


In my eyes she should be applauded for her great achievment. Sounds like she really turned her life around and I applaud for it:-6
