How many people BBQ in the winter? If I had one this winter I would. Nothing beats BBQ.

Some folks actually eat steak cooked on a stove

That's the one thing that I just can't imagine eating unless it's barbequed.

They have pretty good inside grills now. I've never tried one though.

oh, wait. yes there's one that is tilted and drains all the fat into a front pan... claims to be a health grill. my SIL has one of those. i used it once.

I made Chili tonight....I know that has nothing to do with BBQ, I am like Sheryl, just wanted to up my posts....:wah:

Seriously...I've had an indoor grill before, they just don't do justice to the real thing....

ya'll are talking to the 3rd place winner of ribs in the annual family cook off. Even beat my dad! :wah:

I only do steaks on the grill. I used to own a stove that had a built in grill, which was ok, but I didn't like having just two burners. So when was time for new stove, I went with 4 burners. But I do miss having the grill part in the winter though.

I've been thinking bout investing in one of those cast iron grill pans. I think they would make a pretty good steak.

Blackened salmon is my favourite BBQ treat. I still don't know how my dad makes it though.

Must get recipe.

BBQ year round, for sure. In Ireland the weather allows for it, but even in Toronto I would spark up the BBQ mid winter. Stand out back in the snow with a cold beer and BBQ my steak.
