done it this time

at work today passing jimbo up some boards up to jimbo slipped and have been in rhe hospital all after noon ripped the muscle in my leg (god it hurts)

will take up to 8 weeks to get better

so will be posting more garbage than usual

That is what Sam did 2 weeks ago Jess, after 10 days he was back to normal, they say for an adult it can be 4-6 weeks tops, make sure you keep a support bandage on and take paracetamol, no anti inflammatory's for at least 5 days though, as it can cause bleeding in the ripped muscle.

Brilliant, I am going to look up a travel lodge and book it to stay in, chances are though we wont go to Birmingham until Sat. I am waiting for 2 surgeries just hope they don't call me in for Jan, mind you we are talking about the nhs, only been waiting 6 months probably another 6 to go :rolleyes:
