Do You Know Him?

This man is wanted in the abduction and rape of a girl from West Virginia the day before her 12th birthday on Feb. 20, 2007. He is also wanted in the rape of a 30 year old Kentucky woman in August of 2006. The DNA in both cases matches.
My hope is, if we get this composite sketch out there, someone will recognize him.
