yoga
meditation
relaxation
do some exercise, get out walk daily,
enjoy life's simple pleasures, if you like tea, take your tea and sit someplace you like and enjoy the time it takes to drink the tea, make yourself think positive during that time.
Don't sweat the small stuff, honest this is the easiest way to melt some stress away.
If ya don't have the car washed who cares, there is always tomorrow.
Volunteer good for the heart and soul.
Get a pet, pets are soothing.
read a good book keep your mind busy.
If you got a hobby do more of it, if you don't, then find one.
Go for a drive in the country.
Surround yourself with good friends.
And feel free to vent to anyone and everyone life is huge we can't carry it's weight all the time alone.

If you smoke---------QUIT
If you are over weight--------loose some weight
Reduce your salt intake
Cut down alcohol consumption
Get enough sleep
Exercise daily
Learn meditation

Stress-you can learn to overcome it. Find what suits you the best-yoga, tai chi, just chilling out in the quiet.
