Great videos Meg! Won't be long and those boys will start trying stunts. We got my son his first dirtbike last year. And he's wanting dad to build him a track so he can practice racing. :wah:

Find your local club with a Junior section - then he'll have someone to practice with.

Hubby took Zakk to a MotoCross race/show. Zakk got to see Cowboy Kenny jump a bus. He also did all those other in air stunts. Took me a month to convince Zakk he was nowhere near ready to be jumping anything. :-5

But he's convince he's gonna be a pro dirt bike racer. :wah:

My eldest grandson is racing all over the country now - it does wonders for their self confidence.

Without others they've nothing to measure themselves against and nothing to motivate them to improve.

Brett had a mate over on sunday (who has a bigger bike 250 cc and has been riding since he was three) and suddenly Brett was doing very silly things. Once they get the basics and are a little more padded up I won't worry so much...................oh who am I kidding:thinking:

the Poster of Mick Doohan in Bretts room didn't ever bother me before ...........It does now:wah:

Ah, they're older than I thought - Con started on a 50 auto at four and was winning races at six. Must get the basics down before getting serious.
