The USA play Samoa in the Rugby World Cup starting in half an hour.

Should be a good match.

It ended very, very close.

At the start the US were totally outclassed - 12-0 down after nine minutes and 22-3 down at half time.

In the second half they turned it around and finish far the stronger team but in the end lost 25-21.

A thoroughly enjoyable game.

I missed it...

Almost the entire Rugby World Cup had been scheduled at the time I would normally be at work so I really stopped following it...

Sadly, they weren't showing Leicester knocking Villa out or I would have been watching that :-)

Hahaha I know, my brother is a Villa fan and he was none best pleased by the result! Shame that some other Premiership sides didn't get knocked out over the last two days, and some smaller sides get through instead.

The write-up I saw was along the lines of :-

Territory - Villa 90%, Leicester 10%

Posession - Villa 90%, Leicester 10%

Shots on target - Villa 9, Leicester 1

Score - Villa 0, Leicester 1

Still, it's the result that counts :yh_rotfl

Getting back to a civilised game:-

England versus Tonga starts in about 30 minutes.

Normally I would expect England to walk it. This time, I wouldn't like to call it.

I'm on countdown for the kick-off - we should win but I'd hate to bet on it.

Of course, the result was never in any doubt :wah:

A final score of 36-20 was fair but they played damn'd well.

It was the phase when we went from 10-3 down to 19-10 up that settled it. They never really came back from that.

It was a good game, but I don't think you're up to beating the Ozzies on that display.

By this time tomorrow night, I won't have any fingernails.

Saadly, I'll be down the boat blacking her bottom so will miss the game - best of luck with it.

Don't say that here - it can be dangerous allowing for possible innuendos -especially if the coven are looking in.

Off to find a cave to hide in.
