I was going to post about them and then searched and saw this...

GET ONE!! I started using one a few days ago and now I'm completely

off antihistamines and nasal sprays. I'm breathing so free it's WONDERFUL.

I heard about them a few years ago and then saw the woman demo

one on Oprah... but I was still hesitant because the whole idea of

putting water up my nose was scary. I managed to overcome my

fears and relax myself and while the first time was a teensy bit of

an adjustment, it's gotten easier every time and now I don't even

have to "pysch myself up" to do it! This from a woman who could

never even do a forward crawl 'cause I'd have to put my face in

the water.

I have almost year-round allergies so this really is so beneficial,

wish I'd gotten the gumption to try one long ago!

Actually, it's more for allergies, it rinses all the pollens out and air

pollution and whatever else you might get up in there that needs rinsing!

I don't have asthma. Depending on what triggers a person's asthma,

they would still need inhalers I bet.

I was considering getting one but Im spastic. I cant even put Visine in my eyes without falling on the floor and kicking my legs like a cockroach.

I cant imagine using this would be any easier.

Id probably end up giving myself a brain hemhorrage.
