Need help converting ringtones!

Does anyone here know how to take an mp3 file and convert it to a polyphonic ringtone??
I keep trying with this program I have but I am unable to play it back without a Windows error message.
What I am wanting are polyphonic ringtones of Stone Temple Pilots "Sex Type Thing" and Hole's "Turpentine." For a Nokia 6010 cell phone. Can anyone make these for me? :-6
