Peanut sauce does not sound good, under any circumstances. However, my only yardstick for this judgement is very limited experience with "peanut butter" - ptooi!

Smooth peanut butter - yerse. "Crunchy"? - "Ack, ptooi!". Perhaps it is better with curry powder in it? If I have a mad moment in conjunction with a supply of PB and curry powder, I may try it. Should I survive the experience and remain at least slightly lucid, I will let you know How It Was For Me.

Even if you don't like PB, Bill, you may still enjoy peanut sauce...it isn't cloyingly sweet like peanut butter and it has a roasted flavor to it. And it's a clearish liquid, not opaque and thick like peanut butter.
