They get cleaned just as much as women's toilets & the urinals are flushed out after each use, so why the smell?

Because men smell! Only joking Womens toilets still smell. It depends where u are on about. Because in clubs, mens toilets are always cleaner than females toilets. Mind u when I was in still in school I had a part time job as a cleaner and the mens toilets were always cleaner than the womens.

When I got there it hadn't been flushed since 1923, I swear! Worst place I've ever seen. I was actually considering a bush instead. UGH!

That's usually water from the bowl that splashes out when you flush...but it's still icky!!
