wow! the lottery:D I have won loads on raffles etc. one of the most exciting things was winning a horse in one of those horse auctions at a charity race night thingy ( not a real horse ) and then my horse won the auction race so i won the big prize which was a hundred pounds,,,, But ,,,, i foolishy ( and after quite a few drinks) had said if i win i will donate it back:wah: :rolleyes: Oh well, what u never had u never miss eh:wah:

My sister in law has won loads from our local radio,,, she won tickets to see Annie at our Theatre the Empire and took me,,, it was a brilliant show:D

I won a 1.5 litre bottle of champagne. Although it retailed at somewhere around £65.00, I couldn't even give it away! Certainly it was of no value to me personally, because nobody in my household drinks. Had I tried to get through a litre and a half of it in one go, I would have thrown up. In the end I managed to download it onto my church where it was raffled off at the end of a social evening to raise much needed church funds. I was absolutely thrilled with the fact that just that one item swelled the church funds by over £70.00 I'll get into heaven yet through a side entrance!:wah:

The other experience I had was when my wife tore upstairs waving an envelope bearing the words "Take A Break" I'd been buying the competition magazine since it came out. My hands were trembling as I tore it open - what was it to be? A car? A holiday? A year's supply of toilet rolls, mayby. No - just an acknowledgement of a letter I sent in making a suggestion. Doh! For five glorious, unforgettable seconds, I experience the thrill of opening that L.W.E. (long white envelope)

I've won a windchime and scroll saw in just a general drawing. I also won a autographed Troy Aikman poster in a raffle.

I win something every now and then... it seems like I've posted that on here over the past several years... but recently I keep gettin' this letter in the mail telling me that I've won $2 Million until I notice that the address it was sent from was Florida... just another scam from the sunshine state. :wah:

I won an two foot long model of a Romany caravan at Cropredy (the Fairport Convention Annual Re-Union Concert weekend).

Trouble was it was the sttart of a fortnight's camping holiday - how the hell do you keep something that size and that delicate safe in a tent for two weeks?

It survived the holiday but was knocked off the bookcase about four years later. It's currently in the loft awaiting some spare time to repaer the damage - all of the spokes on one wheel sheered and the harness pulled away.

Won a lacy nightdress at an Ann Summers Party once, something like granny would wear, my sister won the citrus flavoured condoms, we tried them on the way home (that doesn't sound good does it :wah: ) they got thrown out the car window :yh_sick
