Frozen vegetables.

I've just had my healthy lunch, boiled vegetables and a small piece of grilled meat. I found some extra "meat" in the frozen vegetables.
Do you check frozen veg. before cooking? I do, now.

I pretty much bake everything so frozen veggies go in a glass baking dish with salt, herbs and a splash of water. I'd be able to see if there was ever anything strange in there.....:-6

ewweeee...I usually steam my veggies...never look for extras, I do my rice before steaming though

Hmm I always thought the larger rice pieces were the tastiest.
