Is Iraq better or going to be better now that Sodamn Insane is out of the picture or was it the lesser of two evils while he was president ?

He was a madman but it wasnt the hornets nest it is now. Would the world be a little calmer place if we hadnt invaded Iraq ?

Dictators have certainly been known to keep the peace, at least until the next coup or well intended invasion by a foreign power.
