I am now qualified (but not certified) to teach special education. The next step is to study for the elementary school generalist test on June 16th, take the required teacher training through the month of June, and find a school to actually hire me.

Congratulations! As the mom of a special needs kid, and someone who has done more IEP's than I care to remember, I can honestly say the world needs good special needs teachers. Not that I've really come across many bad ones....

As for me, nothing else has been going on. Work, study, then breaks to watch the Spurs basketball games. It's nice to see hard work yield results.
