Amber Alert Issued for 2 month old Washington Girl

Kitsap County Sheriff and the State of Washington issued the Amber Alert on Thursday evening after the child was apparently abducted. The mom has parental rights terminated, court order that child to be taken into state custody, mom has prior history of physical abuse with children and drug use, child was born in hiding, moms associates are known offenders.

Serenity Withrow is described as being a 2 month old white female, brown hair, hazel eyes, 1'11". 6lbs.

The suspect is Rebecca Forrester. She is described as being a 32 year old female, white with brown hair, and brown eyes, Weighing (Aprox): 140lbs. She has a tatoo of a unicorn on her right ankle, heavily pocked mark face, false teeth.

The suspect vehicle is a white 2001 Dodge Dakota pickup WA license number A02765P.

This one worries me more than most. The "mother" does not sound like she will even attempt to win the Mother Of The Year award. :-5

Awww, this is so sad. It would be really nice if Women that aren't going to take care of the children that they have would prevent it from happening. :-1 :-1

Kitsap County Sheriff and the State of Washington cancelled the Amber Alert on Saturday evening after the child and suspect were located in Wyoming. The suspect was taken in to custody.
