Whats the one thing you do for yourself that costs money, and the one thing you do for yourself that doesnt cost money.
-Yearly tanning (helps my arthritis)
-allow myself to read each night

How does yearly tanning help your arthritis? The heat?
One thing I do for myself that costs money..... buy art supples.
One thing that doesn't.... love and be loved.
Though there are other things that could go under both of those lists, but those are the two that came to mind the most.

I find my time on the internet very relaxing.

HEAT IS JUST ABOUT THE ONLY THING THAT HELPS WITH MY ARTHRITIS TOO!
OUR SUMMERS AREN'T THE WARMEST OVER HERE IN NORTHERN IRELAND BUT IT BEATS BEING AS STIFF AS A BOARD IN OUR VERY COLD WINTERS!

I bet that does help.... and the tan you get is must be a nice bonus! :-6
I don't have arthritis, but after a 12 hour shift at the nursing home my back aches and a nice hot bath does wonders. Another free indulgence.
I've always wanted to try a massage therapist... always wanted to be one too. I love giving back rubs. Nothing better than knowing you've made your hubby feel wonderful and sleep well after a rub.
