Does anyone have any favourite iconic images of musicians? I really like some of the photos of Lennon, Dylan and Hendrix that are around (I'd post them up but I can't yet!). I particularly like the image of Captain Beefheart holding his hat and staring into the camera from the cover of ice cream for crow

I know how he got his name.

I have a picture of the Rat Pack in front of the Sands Hotel in Las Vegas, standing in front of the sign with all their names on it. I know some of them were not singers but Dean Martin is one of my old time favs.

Is anyone familiar with the photography of Mick Rock? I think he's taken some amazing images over the years. Here's a photo he took of David Bowie:
