On the road / highway we pull up next to this truck (regular size truck)

this truck is pulling a full size horse trailer (carrys 4 horses) and another trailer.

2 horse trailers - 1 truck - As I'm gripping the arm rest driving past this dangerous situation - I'm asking my husband is this Legal?

So, I'm asking how many trailers - vehicles - boats etc.. can 1 vehicle legally pull behind them? Do you need a special permit to do so? This was dangerous.

They're called draw bar trailers and they're certainly legal here.

For longer vehicles, try Austrailan road trains

It's legal where I live, and I see it quiet a bit. Not with horse trailors but trucks pulling campers, then a trailor after the camper and such.

I've seen a Motorhome pulling a car etc. behind them

Truck Camper pulling etc .

I've never seen a truck pulling a trailer and pulling another trailer

Wow - We get some strong winds - made me a nervous wreck to get by
