Anyway... instead of posting, I'd rather just eat my favourite cheese... with a nice bottle of wine and some freshly cut fruit. :-4

Oh, that's so good-a... sorry... how's that for cheesy? :p
Brie is nice... not too fresh, but... a nice Brie with a Bosc... very nice combination...
