I paid $3.49 today but passed a gas station that had it for $3.45....was hard not to turn the car around, but I couldn't justify it enough....

Today i got it for $3.53. i try to put in no more then $40 at a time. my driving has become very limited. wait until i have several places i have to go. joy riding which my hubby and i love to do. we have faided that out. i miss my country rides.:driving:

Alaska still has gas prices over $4, saw it on the news. The cheapest gas is in Missouri.

Should have waited, :-2 as in NJ the price's ranged from $3.29 to $3.42/gal reg. Lucky me, my state has the higest "TAXES" on gas in all of good ol USA!

Ontario just passed a new tax bill when you renew your license sticker for 74.00....................we now will pay an additional 60.00 for tax!

My state charges $85 for the license plate renewal fee. Then it is obnoxious enough to charge annually a percentage "property tax" depending on the town you live in, on anything that needs to be registered. Such as cars, (my car is taxed $2,155 tax each year, it depends on the value of the car) boats, trailers, motorcycles, motorhomes, and last but not least of course, all houses! Add to that a 6% sales tax, & a 4.3% state "income tax", and you're taxed to death!!! :wah:

I paid $3.23 gallon in New Jersey and then got into PA and saw the prices at anywhere between $3.45 to 3.59.

Our house tax was $6,743 "last" year, & as yet, they haven't sent out this year's tax cause it's gong to be increased, they just haven't decided on how much yet. It was supposed to be paid by the end of August. Now sometime this month we'll be getting the bad news of just how much of an increase it is! And it will be due the end of September :-5 :wah: :-5

They just hiked our trash fee up another notch to an extra $45.00 on top of the taxes we are already paying.

It's going to be an expensive winter to get through the year.

That's for sure Mustang and even the price of gas heat is going through the roof. I need to move to a warmer climate some day.

Well we're lucky, (?) our trash removel fee is included in our house taxes! :wah: But they only come once a week!!! And "recycling" only comes every "two" weeks!!! In FL, they collect our trash Tueday's & Friday's, with recycling collected every Friday!
