Not sure, to be honest. I get a "bizarre news" email every week..and when they do these laws, they are proportedly real laws on the books. Sometimes, at least in this country..there are oddball laws on the books from a hundred eyars ago, that were just never taken off. Not enforced, but still there.

Where's the one that says a man who has been given the Key to the City of London may drive his sheep across London Bridge?
