They were the original band to do Proud mMary. Other good ones are, Susie Q, I put a spell on you (Pinky you would love that one), Bad Moon rising I have a special love of " Fortunate Son".

I hope you caught Chuck Berry and Screaming Jay Hawkins, bubblehead. Rock would never have been quite the same without either of them. SJ's "I put a spell on you" beats anyone's, I'd guess he even wrote it.

I listen to Alice Cooper's night show on local radio station...and LOVE HIM!!

My kids love what they call Classic Rock...ummm it's what I was brought up on:

LOVE:

CCR

AC/DC

Ted Nugent (saw in concert)

Aerosmith (saw in concert WITH wild Man Ted)

Led Zepplin

Eric Clampton

Black Sabbath (when I liked Ozzie)

Nazareth (only a few good songs)

Queen (now some people don't think that they are R & R...I do...don't tell my brother shhhhh)

k...I'll stop...theres more though

My life was music in the 70;s I saw Emerson lake and Palmer, Black Sabbath. Yes. Genesis, Jethro tull, Mountain, Santana, and many more at their first performances at the Fillmore East in New York. I am an old disco queen who loved to dance and wish all the time for one night to dance the night away.

You really do not have to be old to like this group!
