I found this site was mentioned in 2005 so hope it's alright for me to flag it up now.
She behaves like a dream mother, understanding and encouraging.The first quest in her programme is for you to shine your sink and keep it clear of dirty dishes etc. I find housework boring but tried this technique and I have stuck to it faithfully for 5 weeks now - astounding for me.Once you sign up, it's free, you receive a lot of daily e.mails with different quests as it were but you just feel so supported its great.
