Are you sure thats not a "proposed" development?? I have heard of it, but I am not sure that it has been built yet. Dubai is actually a country, my cousin worked there in the 1980s, its one of the Arab emirates in the Persian gulf, on the Arabian peninsula, not far from little old Iraq. Great shopping apparently, oh and lots of golf as well.

There is actually 3 or 4 of them proposed and I believe 2 or 3 have already been built. I dont know- i could be wrong- all I know is that dad showed us a picture of it and said, " do you think this would be a cool vacation home?" so i dunno!
