DG, I read the same article just before coming into the forum. How sad. It said most of the kids were orphans. I passed the article onto my DIL, as thier adopted son is from that area, and they are looking into adopting again.
It is amazing the things people do.

To be honest, anyone willing to do something like that probably already have their mind made up that they don't wish to have kids, so unfortunately, that probably wouldn't work...
