Who could be so stupid? That guy does not look like a 12 year old boy. I admt when I saw his photo I started laughing.

I saw this on the news today....he certainly doesn't look 12--but he doesn't look his real age, either.

This kind of thing makes me sick to my stomach. I wish the U.S. had 100% tougher laws. This country is a free for all anymore. A laughing stock.
