jes i dont think the answers are in a doctors report or a bottle of pills , i think each of us has to do the best we can to help out our selves no one can do it for us .. i know how hard things are for you me your mom your brother mark in fact the whole family has lurched from one horror to the next its not fair but life aint fair mate we all have to try to move on not for our sake but for our children and families .. so try to move on a bit lets go thai boxing again or cage fighting you much younger than me you will have a chance now i'll tell you what if you dont want to beat up an old guy like me my son john reckons he could take ya now :wah: :wah:

The doctor can only help you help yourself, if that makes any sense. There's no magic doctor or pill that will kill your pain. There is only time and patience with yourself and for some of us, a belief that we will be reunited with our loved ones in due time. Take advantage of your sessions with the DR - spill your guts - say any & everything on your mind. Outside of the sessions - make notes of what your thinking about and discuss those notes in your next session - it will help.
